The Park

Rosedale on the Park is located in Oliver overlooking Railtown Park, just one block north of Jasper Avenue on 111 Street. Railtown Park is an excellent park for walking, as it includes paved paths and easy access to a shopping centre with Save-On-Foods and many other stores and restaurants. Jasper Avenue offers ready access to buses and LRT stations. Churches of various denominations are located within walking distance or a short bus trip. Immediately south of Jasper Avenue is the Edmonton General Hospital, offering many services for seniors. The Park offers one and two-bedroom suites that feature spacious kitchens and walk-in showers. Our on-site home care allows our residents to age in place. The Park offers many amenities including a dining room with large windows overlooking Railtown Park, fireside lounge, meeting room, flower gardens with seating areas, and heated underground parking. A ground level walkway connects the Park to Rosedale Estates where residents can access the large common area that hosts evening entertainment, exercise classes, movie viewings and various resident-initiated social activities. The Park is also connected to Rosedale Villa by a third floor walkway, where our residents are invited to sit and enjoy the beautiful flowers year-round. The walkway also provides our residents with easy access to the chapel located in the Villa. DSL (Designated Supportive Living) suites are available at this site.
