The Estates

Rosedale Estates is located in Oliver, just one block north of Jasper Avenue on 111 Street. The Estates is situated in Railtown Park, an excellent park for walking, as it includes paved paths and easy access to a shopping centre with Save-On-Foods and many other stores and restaurants. Jasper Avenue offers ready access to buses and LRT stations. Churches of various denominations are located within walking distance or a short bus trip. Immediately south of Jasper Avenue is the Edmonton General Hospital, offering many services for seniors. The Estates is one of the largest buildings in the Rosedale community. The Estates offers one and two-bedroom suites that feature spacious kitchens and walk-in showers. Our on-site home care allows our residents to age-in-place. The Estates offers ample social opportunities where a friendly face can always be found. A spacious common area is the host to evening entertainment, exercise classes, movie viewings, and various resident-initiated social activities. The rose garden courtyard is a favourite spot in the warmer months, and the vegetable garden in the back is open to all residents. The Estates offers many other amenities including a fireside lounge, games area with a pool table and shuffleboard, library, craft room, exercise room and hair salon.
