The Manor

Rosedale Manor is located in Oliver, just one block south of Jasper Avenue on 111 Street. Railtown Park, an excellent park for walking, is north of Jasper Avenue and includes paved paths and easy access to a shopping centre with Save-On-Foods and many other stores and restaurants. Jasper Avenue offers ready access to buses and LRT stations. Churches of various denominations are located within walking distance or a short bus trip. The Edmonton General Hospital, offering many services for seniors, is located across the street from the Manor. The Manor offers one and two-bedroom suites that feature spacious kitchens and walk-in showers. Our on-site home care allows our residents to age-in-place. The Manor offers a friendly and cozy social environment where it is easy to meet new people. The common area is the host to evening entertainment, exercise classes, movie viewings and a number of social activities. Residents of the Manor often walk the short distance to Rosedale Estates to participate in additional social activities. Heated underground parking is also available at the Manor. The Manor also offers continental breakfast in addition to the evening meal in the rental package.
